My Experience
Over my 15+ years in the voluntary sector I’ve developed projects and services such as advocacy and peer support services from scratch and redeveloped and relaunched national and local services. I’ve done internal restructures because we had to, and because we wanted to.
All of this work has been underpinned by internal and external consultation, strategy development and review in key areas such as organisational 3 & 5 year plans, fundraising, training development and communications.
