My Experience
As a CEO and trustee I’ve had to make tough decisions to close or pause services, and bold ones to crowdfund £60,000 in two months. I’ve managed a wide range of people and had to do my fair share of redundancy and performance management, as well as thankfully celebrating amazing community impact and securing multi-year funding with my team. I know what it’s like when it feels like it all rests on you carrying on spinning all the plates and there never seems to be time to stop and take stock.
